We offer a 10% discount for students and pensioners.
Filharmonia Hungary season ticket holders can purchase tickets with a 20% discount by showing their season tickets! The discount can be applied to one ticket per concert per subscription.
If you purchase your ticket for 3 different events, we provide a 30% basket discount, if for 4 events, then we provide a 40% basket discount.
Individual discounts cannot be combined!
We reserve the right to change the programmes, dates, venues, and performances, and ticket prices may change accordingly.
Are you curious about what the world’s best cellists are like? And would you also like to know what the competition is like? Then the semifinals of the Budapest International Cello Competition by Filharmonia Hungary are for you! At this stage, only musicians who have been personally invited by the jury, based on their recordings and introductory videos, are allowed to perform. Young cellists from all over the world gather here, and since there are still many competitors at this point, the audience gets a unique opportunity to hear how the cello is played across different continents. And what do they play? The most notable concertos in the cello repertoire - some famous, others known mostly to cellists. Come and discover the next generation of cello stars and the very best of the cello repertoire!
